Q: City Fibre manages the access technology by splitting and segregating the pure fibres to no more than 5 business customers max.
A: Installation is typically 65 working days. Customer premises may initially require a site survey and cooperation with the process by other agencies such as local councils or your landlord. The good news is that as we manage the provisioning process and keep you updated on progress as the order makes its way through the process to activation.

A: A site survey on the new premises may be required and a new Ethernet internet circuit installed (typically this can take up to 65 working days). An new installation charge may be required, however this will depend on a number of factors. For example if a move is required part way through a contract, a charge may be applicable depending on how long there is left on the contract and the location of the new site. It’s best to speak to your Account Manager to find out how the land lies for your specific case.
